Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned artwork is not elligible for a refund due to being custom-made to your specific requirements, unless it is faulty or damaged.
14-day returns
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your non custom artwork, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange to collect the artwork providing it is in its original conditon that you recieved it in.
Process for Returns
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork.
- Package the artwork securely.
- We will send you the appropriate labels to print and attach to the parcel.
- As soon as the artwork is returned, we will arrange either a full refund or a credit note.
Artwork Received Damaged
Should you receive your artwork damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damages to: [email protected]
Please advise us if you would like:
- A full refund
- A replacement (if available)
- A credit note
Sometime we can arrange to collect the artwork, whilst others will just request photos to begin a claim with the courier. In this latter circumstance, we ask you keep the artwork and all packaging for a period of 30 days as some couriers will request inspection before a claim can be made.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
